Girdwood Community Needs Center, 2003. This building provides the Girdwood Community with multiple services including a Dog Wash, Laundromat, Toilets and Showers as well as a Retail area. The structure sits in a floodplain, so is raised and has a berm around the perimeter of the building. There is also a walkway, deck and accessible ramp and the entire building is accessible.
