Alaskan Commercial Warehouse Renovation and Mini-Mall Project, Alaska Rural Investments, Bethel, 1985:
This project involved the survey of a 15,500 square foot building and design of a mini-mall into the old warehouse, with extensive remodeling of the newer additions. The purpose was not to create an exact duplicate of the original exterior or interior, but to adaptively re-use and renovate the structure. An inner atrium area was created in the old warehouse which will provide an exciting and dynamic place for the people of Bethel.
