In 2003, Combs & Combs, AIA was approached by one of the owners of Superior Plumbing and Heating to assist them in the Rezone and Replat of their property because the site did not conform to the MOA Zoning requirements. The documentation of the existing conditions, the vacation of the property line in the middle of the site, the rezoning and replatting were carried out to make the business more flexible for the business use.
