Old Federal Building, Anchorage, Alaska, 2006-2007:
The GSA contracted with Combs & Combs, AIA to complete an award submittal for the TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) Awards through the General Service Administration. This work involves Historic Research into the building’s history, involving historic photographs, historic construction documents and survey of existing conditions of the building and documentation of the evolution of the building over the 67 years of its existence.
