Lee/Parry Residence Addition/Renovation, Anchorage, Alaska, 2010-2011:
The Lee/Parry Residence Addition/Renovation was a substantial remodel and addition to a home on Lake Otis that included the addition of a master bedroom suite on the second floor and access to that suite from the mid level floor. Additionally, an enclosed walkway from the driveway was added to have an enclosed access to the main entry door. The addition of a deck on the street side as well as the lake side allowed for both interaction with neighbors on the street side and privacy on the lake side.
